How to safely remove your Ivy Home charger.

Do you need to take off your Ivy Home charger? Customers ask us if it's safe to do it themselves or if they need to call an electrician.

The good news is you can do it easily! You don't need any special skills to remove the charger. Just simply follow the simple steps below or watch this video.

1. Unplug the charger: The first step is to unplug the charger from the electrical outlet.

2. Remove the clip: At the back of the charger, you will find a small, metal clip. Simply pull it out.

3. Pull out the pin: Once the clip is removed, you can easily pull out the metal pin that holds the charger in place.

4. Slide out the charger: Now that the pin is out, you can slide the charger up and out from its bracket.
