Terms & Conditions

1. EV Expo 2026 Giveaway Offer: The EV Expo 2026 Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open from Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST to Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 5:00 PM EST (the “Giveaway Period”). To be eligible, participants must complete the required entry method as communicated by Ivy during the Giveaway Period. Entries submitted after 5:00 PM EST on April 9, 2026 will not be eligible. No purchase is necessary unless otherwise stated by Ivy. Open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. Eligibility: The Giveaway is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. The prize cannot be sold, redeemed, or exchanged for cash, and no substitutions will be permitted except at Ivy’s sole discretion. Employees, representatives, agents, and affiliates of Ivy, and members of their immediate families or persons living in the same household, may be ineligible to participate. Participants may enter only once unless otherwise stated by Ivy. Any attempt to enter multiple times using different identities, email addresses, or other methods may result in disqualification.
3. Winner Selection and Prize Claim: The winner will be selected by Ivy after the Giveaway Period from all eligible entries received. The winner will receive a Prize Kit consisting of one (1) Kanata Picnic Blanket, one (1) Kailani Soft Cooler Bag, and one (1) Kailani Coffee Tumbler. The selected entrant may be required to correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question and may also be required to sign a declaration and release form in order to claim the prize, if applicable. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond within the timeframe specified by Ivy, fails to meet the eligibility requirements, or does not complete any required documents, Ivy reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and select another eligible entrant.
4. General Giveaway Rules and Regulations: By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all decisions of Ivy, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Ivy reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information, or violates these Terms & Conditions. Ivy is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, delayed, or technically corrupted entries, or for any technical, website, platform, or communication failures that may affect participation in the Giveaway.
5. Liability: By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Ivy and its parent companies and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, claims, damages, or causes of action arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
6. General: Ivy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice if, in Ivy’s opinion, any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between participants and Ivy concerning the Giveaway and shall be governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
