How do I set up a charging schedule on the Ivy app?

You can easily set up a charging schedule for your Ivy Home charger. Doing so will allow you to optimize energy use and ensure that your EV is always ready when you need it. In the long run, having such ample control over your charging schedule can cut your electricity bill, because you can pick the off-peak hours of the day, opting for reduced rates. All you need to do is use the smart charging schedule feature on your Ivy Charging Network 2.0 app.

Follow the simple steps below to set up a charging schedule:

1. Log into the Ivy Charging Network 2.0 app.
2. Select My Charger.
3. On the screen under Charging schedule select Schedule.
4. A reminder on the screen will pop up asking “Did you turn off the schedule in your car?” because the schedule in your car must be disabled to manage your charging schedule in-app. Once you confirm this select Got it.
5. On the next screen select Schedule.
6. Set your preferred charging hours and click Save once you're done.
7. You can view your charging schedule under My charger or make changes at any point if you decide.
