Starting on Canada Day, Ivy Charging Network is offering free standard shipping on Ivy Home chargers and accessories purchased at https://ivycharge.com/home-charging  and a chance to win a weekend getaway with free fast charging. The Offer is valid from Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at 12:01 AM EST until Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST, or while supplies last, whichever comes first. 

Free standard shipping is available within Canada. Remote or rural locations may be subject to additional fees. Offer applies to standard shipping only. Additional charges apply for expedited shipping options. No minimum purchase is required during the promotional period. Open to residents of Canada, 18+ who meet the eligibility checklist on Ivy’s Home website. 

This Offer is valid for both standalone Ivy Home charger purchases and charger purchases bundled with installation services made through the official Ivy online store. 

Giveaway Details:
1. Agreement 

Please read these official rules (the “Official Rules”) carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you if you enter the Ivy Home Canada Day Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) sponsored by Ontario Charging Network LP, located at 483 Bay Street, 8th Floor Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M5G 1P5 (the “Sponsor”).  

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you signify your agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of Ivy Charging Network (the “Administrator”). If you do not agree to these Official Rules, you may not enter the Sweepstakes.

2.Sweepstakes Period

 The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on August 5, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). 

3.Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are: (i) legal residents of Ontario; and (ii) are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (“Participant”, “entrant” or “you”).  

Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives or agents of the Sponsor, its parent companies and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, and advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter. 

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, territorial, municipal and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law. If it is found that a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these Official Rules has submitted an entry, such entry will be deemed invalid and thus, null and void. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility requirements at any time without notice. The Sweepstakes is void outside the province of Ontario and wherever else prohibited by law.

4.How to Enter

Every Ivy Home purchase during the Sweepstakes period gives an automatic entry to enter the Sweepstakes.  

To enter the Sweepstakes, visit  Estimate Landing » Ivy Charging Network (the “Sweepstakes Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period and either purchase an EV charger or EV charger with Installation and agree to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. 

5.Prizes/Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)/Odds

One (1) grand prize (the “Sweepstakes Grand Prize”) is available to be won for the Sweepstakes, consisting of a: 

1. $250 Airbnb gift card; and 
2. Free Ivy fast charging during your chosen getaway weekend. 

The ARV of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize is $330.00 CAD.  

Odds of winning the Sweepstakes will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.  

Conditions regarding the EV rental will be communicated to the winner when selected and notified in accordance with Section 6 of the Official Rules. The terms by which the voucher and gift card may be redeemed are governed by the applicable retailer or service provider. The Sponsor is not responsible for administering or ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions of the voucher or gift card. 

The Sweepstakes Grand Prize is not exchangeable or transferable. There are no substitutions unless specified by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to substitute a portion of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Any difference in value between the stated ARV and the actual value of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize, if lower, will not be awarded. 

6.Winner Selection and Notification

The Administrator will select all potential winners in a random drawing conducted at the Administrator’s offices. The Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions are final.  

One (1) potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner will be selected from among all eligible Sweepstakes entries received during the Sweepstakes Period in a random drawing to be held on or about August 6, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Drawing Date”). 

The potential winner will be notified by the Administrator at the email and/or phone number provided at the time of entry on or about the Sweepstakes Drawing Date. The Administrator will make three (3) attempts to contact the potential winner.  

If an eligible potential winner cannot be contacted or does not reply, if the prize is declined, or if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable, then the eligible potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner may, in the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner will forfeit any and all rights to the Sweepstakes Grand Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to randomly select an alternate eligible Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner in a separate random drawing from the remaining eligible entries submitted and received in accordance with these Official Rules.  

No entrant is a Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner unless and until the Sponsor officially confirms him/her as a winner in accordance with these Official Rules, even if such person is announced as the winner or an eligible winner.  

Before being confirmed as a Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner, any and all potential winners are required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability / Publicity Release form (the “Release") and correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question without any assistance within the required time frame. The skill-testing question may be part of the Release or may be provided separately.  

Prizes will be awarded within approximately thirty (30) days after the Sweepstakes Period ends.

7.Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Sweepstakes and as a condition of acceptance of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize, each entrant, his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, releases, waives, discharges and holds harmless the Sweepstakes Parties from, and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, actions, causes of action, personal injury, property damage and/or death (including, without limitation, any and all costs and liabilities of any kind including, but not limited to, lawyer’s fees) (the “Claims”), and including, without limitation, any such Claims arising from any act of negligence of the Sweepstakes Parties, that the entrant now has, or may hereafter have against the Sweepstakes Parties directly or indirectly resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or the awarding, acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize. The Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner assumes all liability for any injury and/or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use/misuse or redemption of a prize.

8.General

These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between entrants and the Sponsor concerning entrants’ participation in the Sweepstakes.  

All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.  

All entries shall be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the entry. For the purpose of these Official Rules, “authorized account holder” of an e-mail address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning the submitted email address. Each selected entrant may be required to provide the Sponsor with proof that the selected entrant is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the selected entry. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a selected entrant based on the email address, the selected entrant will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the email address at the time of entry. 

The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes. The Sponsor is not responsible for any incompatibility of Participants’ hardware, software or browser technology.  

Entries which are incomplete, illegible or fraudulent are null and void. The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged or illegible entries; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by the Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to Participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. 

LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT A PARTICIPANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE THE SWEEPSTAKES WEBSITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THE SPONSOR’S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THAT PROVISION.

9.Disqualification & Termination 

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you: (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements; and (ii) agree to be bound by the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.  

Disqualification: Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) withdraw a method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted (including without limitation if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes). If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, at any time and without notice, to disqualify any individual who tampers with, or is believed to have tampered with, the entry process, and/or cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Unless the Sponsor cancels, terminates or suspends the Sweepstakes, upon such disqualification, the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner will forfeit any and all rights to the Sweepstakes Grand Prize and the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, will conduct a random drawing and determine the winner from among all eligible entries received at the time of the Sweepstakes termination, less any and all disqualified individual(s).   

Termination: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes or modify the Official Rules, in whole or in part, at any time, for any reason without prior notice.  

If the Sponsor cancels, terminates or suspends the Sweepstakes, the Sweepstakes Grand Prize and any prize portions shall be deemed fulfilled and such prize or prize portions will not be substituted, except in the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. 

10.Disputes

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants’ rights and obligations and the Sponsor’s rights and obligations in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Province of Ontario or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Province of Ontario and Canada. Except where prohibited, Participants agree that any and all disputes, claims and/or causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded pursuant to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the Province of Ontario. The remedy for any claim shall be limited to actual damages, and in no event shall any party be entitled to recover punitive, exemplary, consequential or incidental damages, including attorney’s fees or other such related costs of bringing a claim, or to rescind these Official Rules or seek injunctive or any other equitable relief. 

THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL WITH RESPECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND ISSUES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT OR TORT AND INCLUDING ANY CLAIM FOR FRAUDULENT INDUCEMENT THEREOF. 

 11.Privacy

Personal information collected from Participants will be used by the Sponsor and Administrator to: (i) administer the Sweepstakes, including to notify potential winners and to fulfill prizes, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (“PIPEDA”); and (ii) send you offers or information from the Sponsor or its affiliates (“Marketing Offers”) in accordance with PIPEDA. If you do not wish to continue to receive Marketing Offers, you may opt-out at any time by following the instructions at the bottom of any email Marketing Offer you receive or by submitting an inquiry at https://ivycharge.com/support requesting that your personal information not be used for Marketing Offers.   

Personal information collected is otherwise subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy., which can be found at https://ivycharge.com/privacy-policy.  

12. Winners List Requests

To request a copy of the winners list (available after August 6, 2025), you must send an email to marketing@ivycharge.com with subject line: Ivy Home Canada Promo Sweepstakes Winners List Request.  

All requests must be received by September 31, 2025 at 4:59:59 PM ET. Requests received after this time will not be fulfilled.
