Please refer to the terms and conditions below for the Ivy Home™️ Special Offers brought to you by Ontario Charging Network LP (“Ivy”). This offer is relevant to Promo Code "EVTRADER50".

1. Limited Time Offer: Get $50 off your total estimate when you purchase and install an Ivy Home™ Smart EV Charger (the “Offer”) using promo code EVTRADER50. The Offer is valid from Thursday, October 31 at 12:01 AM EST until Friday, November 15, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST or while supplies last, whichever comes first. To be eligible, you must complete an application during the Offer Period and schedule installation by 11:59 PM ET on December 15, 2024. Open to residents of Ontario, Canada, 18+ that meet the eligibility checklist on Ivy’s Home Website.
2. Eligibility: The Offer is personal to the customer named in the Home Charging Hardware Agreement. The Offer is non-transferrable and cannot be sold or redeemed or exchanged for cash. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, codes and/or discounts. This offer doesn't apply to a charger only purchase at shop.ivycharge.com.
3. Liability: By claiming the Offer, you agree to hold harmless Ivy and its parent companies and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from or in connection with the Offer, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury or any other liability arising from any act of negligence of the Released Parties.
4. General: Ivy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time and/or at its absolute discretion vary or discontinue any of the Offers at any time without notice. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between customers and Ivy concerning customers’ use of the Offer. The Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
