How do I purchase Ivy Home?

We are currently accepting orders! Visit Ivy Home for a quick overview and click on the Get Estimate button to complete your application. Answer a few questions about your home, upload a photo or two, and receive an initial estimate. Our experts will evaluate your application and then send you a detailed estimate for your approval.

Once you approve your estimate, we’ll schedule a visit to your home to install your charger.

Can I buy the Ivy Home Smart EV Charger without the installation?

Absolutely! We're happy to offer you the flexibility to purchase the Ivy Home Smart EV charger without the installation. To make your purchase, simply visit our charger store. Everything you need is just a click away at the Ivy Shop.

Is Ivy Home available for all residence types?

We're excited to bring the Ivy Home Smart EV Charger to a wide range of residence types! While our innovative charging solution caters to many housing styles, we regret to inform you that, as of now, it is not available for Multi-Unit Residential Buildings such as condos and apartments.

How long will it take for me to get my estimate?

Customers have received their estimate in as little as two business days. Each application is different and we will work on getting you yours as soon as possible!

What is included in the Ivy Home Complete package?

With the Ivy Home Complete package, you're in for a comprehensive charging solution. Here's what you can expect:

  1. A made-in-Ontario Ivy Home Smart Level 2 EV Charger.
  2. A professional installation and testing from our licensed electrical contractors
  3. Setup of a dedicated breaker to power the charger and careful garage drilling, ensuring a tidy and efficient installation.
  4. All necessary materials supplied to establish a new circuit dedicated to your charging needs.
  5. Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) inspection and required permits
  6. An extensive 3-year warranty on the charger and the installation. Plus, ongoing member support to assist you whenever you need.
  7. An option to add on all-new public fast charging monthly plans for access to Ivy's fast-charging network (including ONroute locations).

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! Our 12-month payment plan is the most popular plan we offer. This plan allows you to conveniently spread the installation cost over a span of 12 months, all without incurring any extra charges. The best part? It's both interest-free and flexible. Should you wish to settle the payment ahead of schedule, you're more than welcome to do so – no additional fees attached. Upon receiving your estimate, feel free to ask us about adding a payment plan.
