Liability: By claiming the Offer, you agree to hold harmless Ivy and its parent companies and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from or in connection with the Offer, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury or any other liability arising from any act of negligence of the Released Parties.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between customers and Ivy concerning customers’ use of the Offer.
