1. Agreement
   Please read these official rules (the “Official Rules”) carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you if you enter the Ivy Home 2024 CIAS Survey Giveaway (the “Contest”) sponsored by Ontario Charging Network LP (“Ivy”), located at 483 Bay Street, 8th Floor Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M5G 1P5.
   
   By participating in the Contest, you signify your agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of Ivy. If you do not agree to these Official Rules, you may not enter the Contest.
   
   
2. Contest Period
   The Contest begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 16, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on February 25, 2024, or until the limit of one hundred (100) participants is reached, whichever occurs first.
   
   
3. Eligibility
   The Contest is open to individuals who are: (i) legal residents of Ontario; and (ii) are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (“Participant”, “entrant” or “you”).
   
   Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives or agents of Ivy, its parent companies and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, and advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Contest (collectively, the “Contest Parties”) and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter.
   
   The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, territorial, municipal and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law. If it is found that a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these Official Rules has submitted an entry, such entry will be deemed invalid and thus, null and void. Ivy reserves the right to verify eligibility requirements at any time without notice. The Contest is void outside the province of Ontario and wherever else prohibited by law.
   
   
4. How to Enter
   There is no purchase necessary to enter the Contest. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
   
   To enter the Contest, you must complete the given survey and consent to the associated data collection terms and agree to these Official Rules and Ivy’s Privacy Policy (ivycharge.com/privacy). Limit of one (1) Contest entry per person during the Contest Period.
   
   
5. Prizes/Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)/Odds
   Five (5) prizes are available to be won for the Contest, consisting of:
   - Five (5) $20 Giftogram or Tremendous gift card (you can choose the brand of gift card you receive from a list of 90+ brands).
   
   The ARV of the Contest is $100.00 CAD.
   
   There are 5.1% odds of winning assuming full participation of one hundred (100) entrants, participation below the study limit will increase winning odds and depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest.
   
   The terms by which the gift card may be redeemed are governed by the applicable retailer or service provider. Ivy is not responsible for administering or ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions of the voucher or gift card.
   
   Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable. There are no substitutions unless specified by Ivy. Ivy reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to substitute a portion of the Contest prizes with another prize of equal or greater value. Any difference in value between the stated ARV and the actual value of the prize, if lower, will not be awarded.
   
   
6. Winner Selection and Notification
   Ivy will select five (5) potential prize winners based on the random selection of 5 email contacts via randomized computer selection Ivy’s decisions are final.
   
   The five (5) potential prize winners will be selected from among all eligible Contest entries received during the Contest Period between February 16 and 25, 2024 or until the limit of one hundred (100) participants is reached, whichever occurs first. (the “Contest Period”).
   
   The potential winners will be notified via email. Ivy will make three (3) attempts to contact each of the five (5) potential winners.
   
   If an eligible potential winner cannot be contacted or does not reply, if the prize is declined, or if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable, then the eligible potential Contest prize winner may, in Ivy’s sole and absolute discretion, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, the Contest prize winner will forfeit any and all rights to the Contest prize) and Ivy reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to randomly select an alternate eligible Contest prize winner in a separate random drawing from the remaining eligible entries submitted and received in accordance with these Official Rules.
   
   No entrant is a Contest winner unless and until Ivy officially confirms him/her as a winner in accordance with these Official Rules, even if such person is announced as the winner or an eligible winner.
   
   Before being confirmed as a Contest winner, any and all potential winners are required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability / Publicity Release form (the “Release”) and correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question without any assistance within the required time frame. The skill-testing question may be part of the Release or may be provided separately.
   
   The Contest prizes will be awarded within approximately thirty (30) days after the Contest Period ends.
   
   
7. Limitation of Liability
   By participating in the Contest and as a condition of acceptance of a Contest prize, each entrant, his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, releases, waives, discharges and holds harmless the Contest Parties from, and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, actions, causes of action, personal injury, property damage and/or death (including, without limitation, any and all costs and liabilities of any kind including, but not limited to, lawyer’s fees) (the “Claims”), and including, without limitation, any such Claims arising from any act of negligence of the Contest Parties, that the entrant now has, or may hereafter have against the Contest Parties directly or indirectly resulting from participation in the Contest or the awarding, acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize. The Contest prize winners assume all liability for any injury and/or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Contest or use/misuse or redemption of a prize.
   
   
8. General
   These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between entrants and Ivy concerning entrants’ participation in the Contest.
   
   All entries become the property of Ivy and will not be returned.
   
   All entries shall be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the entry. For the purpose of these Official Rules, “authorized account holder” of an e-mail address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning the submitted email address. Each selected entrant may be required to provide Ivy with proof that the selected entrant is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the selected entry. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a selected entrant based on the email address, the selected entrant will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the email address at the time of entry.
   
   Ivy is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the administration of the Contest or in the announcement of the prizes. Ivy is not responsible for any incompatibility of Participants’ hardware, software or browser technology.
   
   Entries which are incomplete, illegible or fraudulent are null and void. The Contest Parties are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged or illegible entries; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Ivy on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to Participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Contest.
   
   
9. Disqualification & Termination
   By participating in the Contest, you: (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements; and (ii) agree to be bound by Ivy’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
   
   Disqualification: Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Contest. Ivy reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to: (i) permanently disqualify from the Contest any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) withdraw a method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted (including without limitation if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Contest). If for any reason this Contest is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Ivy which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, Ivy reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, at any time and without notice, to disqualify any individual who tampers with, or is believed to have tampered with, the entry process, and/or cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Unless Ivy cancels, terminates or suspends the Contest, upon such disqualification, the Contest prize winner will forfeit any and all rights to the Contest prize and Ivy, in its sole and absolute discretion, will conduct a random drawing and determine the winner from among all eligible entries received at the time of the Contest termination, less any and all disqualified individual(s).
   
   Termination: Ivy reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest or modify the Official Rules, in whole or in part, at any time, for any reason without prior notice.
   
   If Ivy cancels, terminates or suspends the Contest, the Contest prizes shall be deemed fulfilled and such prizes will not be substituted, except in Ivy’s sole and absolute discretion.
   
   
10. Disputes
    All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants’ rights and obligations and Ivy’s rights and obligations in connection with the Contest shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Province of Ontario or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Province of Ontario and Canada. Except where prohibited, Participants agree that any and all disputes, claims and/or causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Contest or any prize awarded pursuant to the Contest shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the Province of Ontario. The remedy for any claim shall be limited to actual damages, and in no event shall any party be entitled to recover punitive, exemplary, consequential or incidental damages, including attorney’s fees or other such related costs of bringing a claim, or to rescind these Official Rules or seek injunctive or any other equitable relief.
    
    THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL WITH RESPECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND ISSUES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT OR TORT AND INCLUDING ANY CLAIM FOR FRAUDULENT INDUCEMENT THEREOF.
    
    
11. Privacy
    Personal information collected from Participants will be used by Ivy to: (i) administer the Contest, including to notify potential winners and to fulfill prizes, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (“PIPEDA”); and (ii) send you offers or information from Ivy or its affiliates (“Marketing Offers”) in accordance with PIPEDA. If you do not wish to continue to receive Marketing Offers, you may opt-out at any time by following the instructions at the bottom of any email Marketing Offer you receive or by submitting an inquiry (ivycharge.com/support) requesting that your personal information not be used for Marketing Offers.

12. Winners List Requests
    To request a copy of the winners list (available after February 25, 2024), you must send an email to research@ivycharge.com with subject line: Ivy Home 2024 CIAS Research Survey Giveaway Winners List Request.
    
    All requests must be received by March 29, 2024 at 4:59:59 PM ET. Requests received after this time will not be fulfilled.
